I have UM Fabled Sounds IEM and Fiio UTW5 bluetooth adapter. The Bluetooth adapter advertised it can receive 96KHz/24bit via bluetooth 5.2 connection.
I know that S23 ultra has the latest Bluetooth that's why I order the device.
When pairing the Fiio to the S23. I only get aptx 44.1Khz/16bit sounds. I go into bluetooth codec and try changing the bitrate, to LDAC, aptx adaptive. But I can't change any of these settings to get the S23 ultra to transmit 96KHz/24bit sounds.
Anyone has any idea how to resolve this issue?

Galaxy S23i already have dev unlocked before i made the post.
again, i cannot change anything in samsung phone. like bluetooth codec, bitrate in bluetooth settings.
in the fiio control app. i can change bluetooth codec to aptx adaptive, LHDC. When I do phone default to bluetooth codec SBC still at 44.1KHz/16bit.

Galaxy S23S23 does not allow any change (in dev settings) to:
1) Bluetooth audio codec
2) Bluetooth audio sample rate
3) Bluetooth audio bits per sample

Galaxy S23I wrote to FIIO too, and this is what they are writing back:
Did you try to check with the support of the Samsung? Does the S23 support Aptx adaptive or LHDC Bluetooth codec? Thanks in advance!
If yes, you could enable the codec in the Bluetooth page or the Development mode page of the mobile phone generally.
