Sides feel Static and weird feeling when holding phone whilst on charge?

Recently, I’ve been experiencing a peculiar issue with my Samsung Galaxy phone (s23u). When I hold it while it’s charging, I feel a subtle vibrating or static sensation along the sides. It’s not painful, but it’s definitely noticeable.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how did you address it? I’d love to hear your insights or any tips you might have. Maybe it’s a common occurrence, or perhaps there’s a simple solution I’m missing.
