Unable to view any live streams on my cellular network?

So I just got the S23 ultra a couple weeks ago, it was an upgrade from the S20 ultra. I did a smart switch when swapping so I didn't have to do everything from scratch. However for some reason I am unable to view live streams across any platforms at all while on my cellular network. But everyone works fine on wifi. My cellular network speed is significantly faster than any wifi I connect to through out my day. Does anyone know what could be going on? Is there a setting problem?

By Livestreams do you mean YouTube or downloaded streams

Live streams, such as tiktok lives, Instagram live, even my Cameras at home won't stream to my phone without it being connected to wifi

Yes, literally everything else works flawlessly. It's only live streams I can't watch.

Here are some troubleshooting tips
1. Clear the Cache of the apps
2. Clear the Cache of the phone
3. Uninstall and reinstall the apps that don't work.
4. Open a complaint with Samsung
5. Wait for an Update
6. Reset the phone.
