I said I would never get rid of my Note20 Ultra, but after much deliberation, I ended up getting the S24 Ultra. So far, it's been great...until I need to make a call. When the other person on the call is talking, the call constantly cuts out while they're speaking so I only hear a word hear or there. Sometimes the call just goes completely silent, but they're still there and were talking the whole time, so they end up having to repeat everything. It doesn't matter where I am or who I'm talking to. I have the most up to date software install and I've tried taking the calls off wi-fi, but it doesn't matter. Even though the camera and some other features are better, I'm regretting getting rid of my Note which I never had any calling issues with. Is this a phone issue or are there any suggestions I could try?
