Is anyone having any problems after the latest update to the galaxy watch 6? I had an update last weekend and since then, it seems that my watch battery drains faster, and I've had 3 instances where my screen stopped responding (the buttons still worked), and I had to force a reboot to get the screen to begin responding again. Any input? Software says "System version 13, Wear OS 4."

I have the same problem on watch 6 since software update. Screen responded for a short period of time after reboot but then locks up.

When is Samsung going to provide a fix? Ridiculous….

Doesn't appear that Samsung cares…

Samsung do not know how to fix this problem. How could a giant company like Samsung force an update on their latest product and NOT know it would cause their watch6 not to work properly. Apple watches do NOT have this problem.

Boycott Samsung until they resolve this issue.

Galaxy Watch 6 - Same issues as everyone is reporting.    Screen frozen requiring restart several times.  Sometimes the touch is delayed in response.   Last night went to bed and it was at 40%.  completely dead this morning.

I noticed my battery drains a lot faster now after the latest update. My watch still needs to be forced rebooted at least 3-5 times a day. We should all confront Samsung about this issue until they fix the problem. I will call them again today and will report if they come up with a solution.

Have you all done a clear partician cache on the watches. See YouTube videos on this. Helps with the phone and watches. My Watch 6 Classic seems better with the update. None of the issues described. Well goody for me right? Try the partician cache and see what happens.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the battery drain and having to reboot your watch due to the screen becoming unresponsive after the update.

If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003105/

For your battery draining rapidly after the update give this link a try: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-Watch/Galaxy-watch-6-series-battery-drain-on-Bluetooth-an...

You can also try changing up the mobile network connection settings to help with battery drain issues. To do this, Swipe down > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Auto

If you still continue to experience these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

I recently picked up my gw from the charger and noticed I can't unlock it. When I click the different numbers nothing happens and typing my pin doesn't solve it. It's frozen but the watch somehow still works and isn't frozen?
