SPO2 measurement frequency

I turned on spo2 measurement on my watch throughout the night. How often does the watch measure spo2? hourly? Like once every 10 minutes or once every minute?

I feel like it measures continuously, but I noticed there could be gaps in the measurement.

Samsung states that can happen due to my watch isn't snug on the wrist or environment is too cold (not sure why)

Ok it measures continously but what is its frequency? Once a second, once an hour... or whatelse?
