Galaxy WatchSince you've already taken some troubleshooting steps and reported the bug through the Members app, here are a few additional suggestions you can try:
Update your devices: Ensure that both your Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Fold4 have the latest software updates installed. New updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address known issues.
Reset the Galaxy Watch 5: Try resetting your Galaxy Watch 5 to its factory settings. To do this, go to the Settings on your watch, select General, and look for the Reset option. Keep in mind that resetting your watch will erase all personal data, so make sure to back up any important information beforehand.
Reset the Galaxy Fold4: Similarly, you can try resetting your Galaxy Fold4 to its factory settings. Go to the Settings on your phone, select General Management, and look for the Reset option. Remember to back up any essential data before performing the reset.
Reinstall Galaxy Wearable app: Uninstall the Galaxy Wearable app from your Galaxy Fold4 and reinstall it from the official app store. This can help ensure that you have the latest version of the app and that any potential software glitches are resolved.
When contacting support, provide them with detailed information about the problem, the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot, and any error messages you've encountered. This will help them understand the issue better and provide you with more targeted support.

Galaxy WatchSimilarly, the alarm tied to sleep mode sometimes just won't turn back on and my alarm won't wake me up for work. I think Sleep Mode overall is very buggy on Samsung.

Galaxy WatchSo, I use the Galaxy watch 4 for a couple of years.
Up to now, whenever I activated Sleep Mode, I was certain that every notification is blocked: screen off, vibration off, sound muted, for all the apps, be that whatsapp, Microsoft Teams, calls, sms, gmail etc.
I recently got the upgrade to One UI 5.0, and since then, while the sleep mode is activated on the watch (and synchronized with the phone), the notifications from Teams (and Telegram also) go through, and my watch rings and vibrates. From other apps. like whatsapp, calls, sms, the notifications are still blocked in sleep mode.
I checked the Sleep Mode settings, that Teams and Telegram are not added to exceptions (also checked the Teams specific settings that it doesn't have a notification override), and they are not, and the work-around would be to mute the watch also, but still.. it is annoying that the Sleep mode doesn't do its job to block all notifications as it is set.
Any ideas? Is this a bug or something I missed?
Thanks.

Galaxy WatchYou must not have Do not disturb on in the sleep mode settings on phone.
