Kitchen and Family HubWe purchased a kitchen appliance trio (microwave, range/oven, dishwasher) from Samsung last year (2023). We have had major issues with the range/oven and dishwasher. We spent $300 for someone to fix our dishwasher that broke 13 months after purchase, only for several other parts of the dishwasher to break. It is completely unusable, and Samsung wants to charge us several hundred dollars just to get someone to look at it.
Additionally, the range/oven we bought had a major safety recall, but the solution Samsung proposed does nothing to address the safety issue. We bought this range specifically for its safety features, and it is absurd that Samsung "remedied" this with $1 worth of plastic covers that break on first use.
Of course, these issues happened just outside the one-year warranty. Is there anything that can be done, or is this just a hard lesson learned to the tune of several thousand dollars?
