Kitchen and Family HubI have a 2 year old RS27T5200SR where the ice maker is only forming partial cubes and then dumps the water in the bucket. The bucket and then fill with a solid block of ice, so I know the freezer is cold enough. Temp set for 0F (tried -5F also). Why is the tray dumping early?

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be a cause for concern with your ice maker doing this. You can try the troubleshooting in the following link to see if this will help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001012/.
But if it does not this is something that will require service. I would recommend either calling in at 1 (800) 726-7864 or using the following link to get set up for service.
