I recently bought a 65" Class CU7000D Crystal UHD 4K Samsung TV, and it has worked great for the last 1-2 months. But recently it has had problems recognizing my Yamaha receiver and displaying the video. The receiver works and does the audio for the sound system. But the TV asks me to turn on the device when it is already on. It doesn't seem to recognize when the device is on or off, and now it prevents me from watching TV. It will display the picture when I directly connect it to something, a Wii for example. I have run the troubleshooter and it doesn't help, what else can I do?

Your best bet is to reach out to Samsung support! This is typically a community where you know people can help out other users but for something like this I would 100% call tech support.

Try changing the HDMI port behind the TV. HDMI arc isn't available on all 3 ports
