I cannot get my remote to pair with the TV UA55TU8500KXXA. I've tried holding power down until it hard restarts, then holding back button together with play button for 5 seconds. Nothing happens. The red light on the remote just keeps blinking, and the TV message comes up saying "Not Available". I've tried unplugging for 2 minutes, and doing it again. Nothing. I've removed the batteries from the remote and put them back in and tried again, nothing works.
I now have a very expensive 1 year old TV which is rendered completely useless as I cannot control or navigate it to work. Please can someone assist.
