Rakuten app crashing - Firmware?

Are you having problem with Rakuten or some other video streaming app, in particular trying to play 4K UHD movies on a J Series 2015's Samsung Tizen Smart TV?
This was a issue related to the 1560 firmware and not by Rakuten of other VOD services by itself and just trying with app updates or software reset was pointless.

Please, upgrade your J JU JS TV to the 1570 firmware to solve it.

On the US site the 1570 firmware is not yet available at the moment. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/televisions-home-theater/televisions/4k-uhd-tvs/2015-line-up/
Try to enable the automatic firmware updates and wait for it.
