Hi, i bought a QD OLED TV and on GameMode my SDR settings affect my HDR settings and vice versa. What do i do? SDR image uses HDR settings for example.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! There are a few things that you can try that may help with this issue. The first would be to try and reset all picture settings and see if this issue still occurs with stock settings.
I would also recommend after that to make sure that your TV is updated. I would also make sure that you do not have HDR mode tuned off in windows if you are using this on a Windows desktop. The last option I would recommend is to factory reset the TV to try and solve this issue.
If It's still occurring after everything I would recommend calling in directly at 1-800-726-7864 and ask for our remote management team to help also.
