Tv melted in lower right corner

My dad’s UN50J6200AF SN: 04KD3CBH900693H (manufactured Sept 2016) tv has burned and melted at the lower right corner of the screen. Any advice? He’s 86 years old on a fixed income and wants know if it can be fixed.

Check if your model has been recalled. You might want to contact Samsung and see what they say. There's a website you can go to to get a get a human operator when calling a corporate number
