I recently purchased a T9 to perform a system image backup on my windows computer, it is telling me that the drive is incompatible and does not support NFTS. How do I get this storage device to be compatible so I can backup my system

It sounds like the drive is currently formatted in exfat. You'll need to reformat the drive to NTFS. You can do so with these instructions
