How to change the phone call alert voice?

When I get a call, my phone reader the caller info with a high pitch voice and also fast. Does anyone know how to lower the pitch to make it sound normal and make the speed slower as if it wasn't twice as fast?

I believe that is in settings general text to speech there is a speech rate menu there
