I'm having problems with the nearby sharing updates to quick share or whatever says it's not in the it's not yet available in galaxy store

It's nothing you need to download from the store. It should just change by itself. That's what happened with my s24+. One day it just said Quick share with a new symbol, and nearby share was gone.
