Why doesn't Samsung give up on their current fingerprint scanner under the screen. It is a failure. Newsflash...People put screen protectors on their phones. People are not seriously going to take the time to go put lotion on their hands just to try again. They are going to use their pin or another option. Lotion?! Really?!! These are the answers you give your customers that spend over a thousand dollars for one of your flagship phones just to find out the fingerprint sensor doesn't work? It's our fault, not yours? Just give up and put it on the back or the side like other phones that have fingerprint scanners that actually work the majority of the time instead of not working the majority of the time. Maybe this would give you more room to put an micro SD card slot back in your phones. Something useful.
