Why does my samsung galaxy a02s tracfone not have Bixby downloaded nor can I download samsung health, nor update software from Android 11 to Android 12?
A line is a budget phone and doesn't have a few of the things higher phones have As for why it doesn't have android 13 my guess is Tracfone a few of the MVNOs are horrible at giving updates on time properly
Basicly the oldbait and switch,to promote new sales. Me ild like a switch that controls volume,up or down,period. .not one that leaves you guessing why these songs ain't playing
