My screen sensitivity isnt accurate whenever im swiping or scrolling the phone freezes. Opening apps takes longer then usual to open. The video calling stopped working as wells as my finger print button and my phone is still in amazing condition no cracks on the screen or the anywhere else on the phone. SAMSUNG GALAXY A14 5G
