Unable to access apps when connected to mobile data on my Galaxy A13 5G

my Galaxy A13 5G phone wont allow to use my facebook or any other apps on my phone through my mobile data. Anytime I click on my facebook app, or my facebook messenger app or my instagram app or my game apps on my phone when I'm using my mobile data on my phone, the apps tell me that there is no connection, but if I have my phone connected to my WiFi at my house or connected to WiFi anywhere else, these apps end up working on WiFi.

 
Is there anyone that has a Galaxy A13 5G phone that has issue like mine?
Can you let me know if you are having these issues with your Samsung Galaxy A13 5G phone.
 
You would have the WiFi connection turned off, not using WiFi connection, and you're using your mobile data and at the top right hand corner of your Galaxy A13 5G phone, shows 5G UC data with full signal! Am I correct?
Next you try to get on your facebook on your facebook app or on your facebook messenger app, or on your Instagram throught the instagram app or in any game apps on your phone using your mobile data connection through your cell phone company service and all these apps say is No Connection? Then you connect you phone to WiFi internet and these app start working perfectly fine with WiFi connection.
 
Please, can someone tell me what to do to fix this? I am going through T-Mobile with my Galaxy A13 5G phone and I went to a T-Mobile store and told them the issue and all they could tell me that it could probably be the Sim card, so they put a new Sim card in my phone, but my phone still has the issue i explained at the top, then they thought of uninstalling my facebook app, my facebook messenger app, and other apps, and restarting my phone, then my phone turnes back on and T-Mobile then tells me to wait 2 hour and then re-install the facebook app and the Messenger app to my phone and try to get on my facebook account on the facebook app only using my mobile data connection and see if it works. I did just that, and the apps still said No Internet connection

Did T-Mobile try Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings? This will reboot your mobile network, but be mindful because this also clears all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.

My galaxy A13 5G did the same thing the mobile data didn't want to work at all and it happened on September 2nd I installed a new card this month and my apps wouldn't load I'm on straight talk wireless and this didn't happen in August another thing I should have mentioned is my galaxy A13 5G could only use Wi-Fi too so videos on YouTube kept buffering so at least I'm not the only one but I'm sure if it is our services from our carriers it's probably them not our phones
