Unable to get Casting to work on my Galaxy A03s

Can't get cast in control panel in notifications menu , or find devices to connect to in settings , even on the same WiFi network ? Galaxy A03s skin sucks Motorola and Nokia both better Samsung UI making it slow and super stripped down

What exactly is UI 5.1 I got it on the update and is there any way to get rid of the software
