Even though I don't live in the U.S. I bought a Samsung Slim Fit camera from Samsung U.S.A. (I live in Saudi and Samsung Saudi doesn't offer a camera). I purchased a QN900A 75" TV from Samsung KSA. I checked on Samsung Support KSA for a compatible camera and was told Samsung Slim Fit camera on the Support campatibility page of my specific TV. The camera was not identified by the TV through the TV setup which has a camera setup. Samsung KSA says since I did not buy it from KSA they cannot help me. Samsung U.S. says I didn't buy the TV from them they cannot help me. Is it conceivable that 2 Samsung products don't work with each other? I then went to the next compatible camera, a Logitech C920S HD Pro Webcam which also was not recognised by the TV. Can anyone assist me? Thanks.
