Hulu on SamSung TV

So starting a new post as my Samsung TV keeps dropping connection to the Hulu app. It’s not the app as I can cast to the TV fine and my other TV plays Hulu fine. In addition other apps on the TV work. I’ve reset my TV to factor settings and still doesn’t work. Does this mean we shouldn’t purchase SamSung TV in the future? Seems that there is no attention to the previous post mentioning this! A little customer service would be nice! Thanks.

Have you cleared cache and data or uninstall and do a fresh install of the app?

Yes, I have. It's been happening for almost a month now. The Roku TV'S are fine and Samsung will just stop and say an error occurred and playback is not possible at this time. It's our newest and best TV, but have moved it to the patio and brought the other into the house because we can't watch for very long before it goes away. All other apps work fine.

I'm reading news about a Disney merge and how users who link their accounts have no issues. I really don't know, but it sounds like a Hulu issue. Strange it works on other devices though.

Hulu is a scam. I unsubscribed 4 times and deleted my profile & they're still billing me over a year later. If you call them you get a recording saying to go to a forum where an ai bot just repeats "check if you have another acct".

On my fire TV the app said if you have any issues to contact them. Have you guys got it to work yet? I was going to test it but I'm not keen on signing up for it.
