I have a 2019 NU8000 Samsung tv. I don't have the turn off picture option in the accessibility menu. Is there another way to turn off picture and have only audio playing?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I understand you would like to use your TV without having the picture playing. Unfortunately, this option may not be on all TV models. Since it's not in the accessibility menu you can try going to your picture settings and scrolling to the bottom. If it's not there then your TV does not support this feature.
