Samsung - 77” Class S89C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV

Only bought this a few months ago.

Cant connect to Samsung Plus TV Guide anymore.

Channels are there

Time and Date are correct
Power Cycled
Reloaded channels
We connect via internet (hard wire)
Also we use OTA

ended up doing a total reset, sort of pain. everything came back, not sure why it even happened to begin with
