QLED and The Frame TVsHi all,
I purchased this tv last November (just over a year ago). It has worked perfectly up until yesterday. While watching tv, a line appeared horizontally, pretty much cutting the screen in half. The bottom half is constantly flickering/ jumping while the top appears fine. It has progressively worsened and now takes around 20 minutes to turn on while flashing on a black screen. I have tried every tip I’ve found online and had support remotely factory reset the tv as well. Nothing changed. I have been told that my options are to pay $800 for repair or purchase a new tv with a small discount. Any helpful hints or suggestions? Needless to say, that will be the last Samsung product I purchase if those are my only solutions. My 8 year old 50” Vizio, which I bought the Samsung to replace and upgrade, still works perfectly. Very disappointed in my experience so far.

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you for the response. Unfortunately, it decided to break on the one year and 12 day mark so the warranty was 12 days expired. I think you’re definitely correct on the issue, the entire system seems to be failing at this point as it continues to worsen.

QLED and The Frame TVsIf you bought the TV with a credit card, the CC does likely have an "extended warranty" feature. At least, afaict all of mine go to two years.
Of course, if you have such then you go to the CC company for help and not Samsung.

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you for the reply. I was completely unaware that credit cards offered that, but luckily I used mine to purchase the tv and am now starting the claims process. Shoutout to Amex and their customer service.
