I recently purchased a Frame TV (model QA55LS03DAWXXY running firmware version 1201) and an 4k Apple TV (running tvOS 18.1).
There are two issues I'm having:
1. I can't turn on the Frame TV with Apple TV as CEC after its been of for a few minutes. If I turn The Frame off with the Apple TV remote then I can immediately switch it on again with the Apple TV remote. The issue I'm having only occurs after The Frame has been off for 5 or so minutes
2. I can't access art mode with the Apple TV as CEC.
Is this a reported bug? If it is, can I follow the status of the ticket somewhere?
