Missing applications and unable to download

My QLED is only showing 6 applications and I am not able to search nor download any other

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be a cause for concern with not being able to download anything. As @St3v3C asked have you signed in to your Samsung account on your TV? If you haven't, you will have some issues installing apps.
