Q90T No color on left side of screen

So I have a qn75q90t tv that I recently purchased used. It seemed as it was fine originally but now I'm having an issue. Going from the right side of the screen to the left I go from a full beautiful color picture to no color on the left side at all. I have checked all the connections inside the tv and all of the LEDs are lighting up. I have searched for hours looking for an answer or even a suggestion and can't find anything on this issue. I have a LED driver board on the way but I don't think it's going to solve the issue since they are lighting up. I have tried displaying a blue screen and a red screen and on both I lose the color of each on the left side. The menu has the same issue when I open it I have already reset the tv and made sure that the tv had the latest update. Please help if you know anything else that I can do. Thanks

I called them and they could only suggest updating it and resetting it unfortunately.

How recently is recently purchased? I'd return it if it's very recently.
