QLED and The Frame TVsIt's so frustrating to see and hear this is a common issue among the QLED tv's and there has not been a fix or Samsung provide better customer service. My tv is 2 years old and has now started power cycling every 5 to 10 seconds. I can't even keep my tv plugged in. I've tried everything under the sun and even have left it unplugged for over 3 hours to see if that would fix it but no such luck.
Has anyone found a fix for this yet that didn't involve spending more money for a tech to look at it. I've always loved Samsung products and have almost always purchased Samsung when available from tvs, fridges, stoves, dishwashers, washer, dryer and even my phones. This is so disappointing. I called Samsung support and all they could tell me was I had to pay to have a tech look at it. Come on, are you kidding me, it's only 2 years old! 🤬 Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

QLED and The Frame TVsLiterally just went through this in the last 2 weeks. 2020 Frame 55" powers on and loads the Samsung Plus channel for like 1 second, then reboots endlessly. I tried: 1) new power cord, 2) new one connect cable, 3) new one connect box. It's the actual TV itself.
I always assumed the one connect box was the "brains" of the TV, but it's not -- it's literally the connections on an extension cord. When I plugged in the new (used from eBay) one connect box, it is still setup and starts playing my last Samsung Plus channel (music video channel).

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same problem with my 2020 55" Samsung Frame. I haven't been able to use it in over a year -- it started when it was just weeks out of warranty, Samsung would not help. They referred the issue to a local samsung service provider, who will not answer calls, emails or arrange appointments for repair. I've tried switching the one-connect box/cord (as I have another identical TV that still works fine). I've tried all of their other suggestions that they endlessly post in reply to these types of posts. Nothing works. I'd actually be fine if it was something that required a repair -- but the repair is impossible to get, so I just have a black box hanging on the wall that cost thousands of dollars.
