QLED and The Frame TVs
I recently got a qn85qn90cd The TV's great The picture's great The only thing wrong is that the TV will shut itself off but typically it only does it when you are using the Samsung remote and you are navigating through the user interface menus like to set picture settings or just sound settings anything like that and it's typically timed with a button press. To me it seems like it runs out of RAM and then shuts off because it doesn't have enough RAM. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Turns out it was my Nvidia Shield CEC settings. It was set to sleep Shield when input changes and Power off TV when Shield sleeps.

Trying to think where memory status would be seems most likely culprit to me or a app acting up

Yes. I'm having the same problem. QN65QN90D. It shuts off for me exactly as you described and also when using the remote in the SmartThings app. The firmware is up to date.
I will try the power reset and run the diag when I get home.
