QLED and The FrameWe recently got a Samsung Smart TV . On the box (gone already) it had a sticker with the following info:
- Model - QB55B
- Model Code - LH55QBBEBGCXGO
- Type No - LH55QBBE
Then there was S/N.
Several weeks ago, after bringing it in, turning it on, I set up with wifi. I got a list of all the apps/channels - it was showing Netflix, Hulu, plus a list of TV channels available over the internet - there were several dozens of them, including the one which was showing a log burning on a fireplace.
Anyway everything was fine (the TV was never hooked to the receiver/antenna/cable box or HDMI), we turned the tv off and forgot about it, until today. Today I turned it in, and all apps/content is gone!
The only thing that is showing when I press the 'home' button is Youtube and Samsung Business Promotion. Nothing else.
There is no option to download any app to see any of the channel list which was available previously.
I tried each of the below several times:
Sign up with my Samsung account (note - when apps/content was there I did NOT sign up with my Samsung account or any other account)
Reset the smart hub
Reset the TV to factory defaults
Unplug the TV from power >5 min and plug it back
The result was the same - I can't get content/apps back, and there is no way to install them.
What should I do? How do I get content back?
I want to emphasize that apps and content were there and it ended up gone!
Help, please.

QLED and The FrameHit the home button
Scroll left until you see apps. Hit it.
That's the app store type in whatever app you want and download it to the TV. The Samsung TV store has all the good apps too.

QLED and The FrameI do not think you've read my message carefully.
I tried. When I click apps, there is no app store. At all.
The only apps listed are Youtube and Samsung Promotion. Nothing else.

QLED and The FrameIt is not. There are 2 options - Home and Retail. And as I said, I've resetted it >5 times.

QLED and The FrameI'd suggest you buy a streaming device.
Connect it to one of your HDMI inputs.
They cost $29.00 to $49.00 (although you can find more expensive options)
It is cheaper than getting another TV.
The same can be done to "non-smart" TV that has HDMI inputs to make them "smart".
Examples of devices are Fire Stick, Roku, Apple TV (there are others as well).
