I am trying to activate the subscription to art store on new 50 inch frame. I get to the Samsung checkout screen on the frame and it says “notice. You will need to reset pin. Old pin no longer valid”. I have reset the tv pin 3 times but it is still coming up. Is there some other pin and how do I access it please?
