Samsung QLED has no volume but shows devices connected

Hello, we started having a random issue with our Samsung QLED Q8FN. At first, my sound bar connected with D-link wasn’t producing any volume, but it showed it was connected to the tv. So I switched it to Bluetooth and it worked. We just so happen to get a new Bose soundbar the next week and hook it up using HDMI-ARC. Well we’re having the same problem, but with the HDMI-ARC port. It shows the soundbar is connected, but no volume. Switch to Bluetooth and it works. We’ve reset the tv, updated it, and used all the test features. It’s worked via HDMI-ARC a couple times but it’s random. Just now it stopped working again so I tried Bluetooth and now it’s happening with Bluetooth. The device is connected to the tv, but no volume is coming out. I shut the device off and sound comes through the TV’s speakers just fine. Let me clarify that we have used two different sound bars on the tv, one a Samsung and another a Bose. It’s seems clear that we need to have our tv serviced, but anyone have an idea of what’s going on? How costly it could be to fix? Is it fixable? Can I get Samsung to cover it because this should not happen on a $3000 tv. Any help, insight, or advice would be greatly appreciated!
