QLED and The FrameHi, I purchased a QN55QN90A Samsung 55" 4K HDR 32X OTS+ UltraWideV TV from a retailer on September 20th 2022. Just 4 months after purchasing, cloudy spots appeared on the screen that interfere with my ability to watch TV. I purchased a 5 year warranty with my retailer and they are telling me that they cannot do anything for me until September 20th 2023 because Samsung is strict on consumers having the manufacturers warranty for the first year. However, Samsung wouldn't do anything for me over the phone. Not very impressed with Samsung's effort to ensure my satisfaction so far. How can you not honour the warranty when I have only had the TV for 4 months? Can anyone help me?
