QLED and The Frame TVs

I have two TVs that are the same model ( LN40A650A1F ) and another of the same model except that it is 52" not 40"...

On one of the 40" TVs the frame is coming off at the top of the TV on the right and on the left sides. I have tried very strong duct tape to hold it back on but it keeps pulling away. I am afraid that the frame will fall off and land on one of my toddler granddaughters and injure them. The model code is LN40A650A 1FXZA

[edit] What can Samsung do to help me with this possibly dangerous problem?

Oh no! I understand how this can be concerning. The model provided shows as a non-US model, but I will be happy to refer youe case to your regional support team. Could you please send pictures of the damaged area to the following PM Link?  LINK
