Samsung Frame 2021 not recognising my artmode subscription

After a password reset my artmode subscription has is not recognised. When I go to sign up to subscription it says the subscription is active on another account but I am still signed into my main account. I have tried signing in and out but that does not work. The main account shows the subscription order. Any ideas how to fix.
