Is there a way in samsung notes to get the check boxes to move to the bottom of the list once checked?? That would make so much sense samsung......

That's why I use Google keeps. It's great for grocery shopping because they move when checked.

when u open the samsung note app first icon on the bottom is a little square with a check in it press that one
