Samsung Apps and ServicesWhy would you activate driving mode if you are a passenger. You can set the mode to not start automatically. If it starts automatically, it cannot tell whether you are driver or passenger. If you want to keep it automatic, just remember to turn it off when you are the passenger.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWhen something is automated, it is very easy to forget to turn it off if you don't even remember it's on. Like my Allstate Drivewise app. I'm more often a passenger than driver, and I don't turn it off all the time, I just go back and adjust the trips to show I was a passenger. Unfortunately, you can't do that in the digital well being reports, and I can't think of a routine that might turn drive mode off automatically, because a routine also doesn't know you are a passenger. The best I can suggest to make it easier is to put the single mode widget on your home screen, select the single mode you want and then when you see it, it may jog your memory to turn it off. If you use AOD & Good Lock's lockstar, you can add it to the AOD and/or lock screen.
Also, I don't know if turning it off manually will allow it to turn itself back on automatically in the future, so you might have to turn it back on when you are out of the car. But you can experiment and see if it returns to auto next time you are in the car.

Samsung Apps and ServicesCheck your digital wellbeing settings to make sure driving monitor is not on. In modes and routines, make sure that driving mode is not set. If it's not set, then you need do nothing more. If it is set, make sure it is set to not start automatically. The report you are getting comes from Digital Wellbeing, and you can turn off notifications for the app, so you don't get notified of the reports, but you can still view them in the settings. You can ignore them; they mean nothing unless you care about tracking those things. You must have something turned on, as I never get any reports and I don't have any Digital Wellbeing settings turned on, and I have notifications turned off for all of it.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThe notifications are off as well? Even if you never set it up, if you don't turn notifications off for all categories (assuming you have categories enabled), you will still get notifications - it's an effort to get you to use the app.
