How can I get rid of bug and tracker that's on my phone?

When I looked up it said tracer make my fone slow heat up n my wife ca find me any where I go I know wat you I'm on stuff like Dat but denies it o well

It sounds like you are referring to a tracking app I would suggest looking through your apps for anything that looks like a tracker and uninstall it

I would suggest uninstalling the apps that you don't use and don't recognize first and see if it still pops up
