How do I change the clock on my phone- I can't see it

Can anyone help me change the display so that it's easier to see?

Pull down the notifications bar twice>hamburger icon in top right corner (three dots) >quick panel layout from drop down>brightness control> click show always.

Which phone is in question?

Which clock are we discussing? The Always on display(AOD) or home screen clock widget? If it is a widget, then tap and hold on empty spot on home screen and tap widgets button. If it is on AOD then go to settings and search for AOD and play with options.
