Is this a virus? I've NEVER experienced this before and it's really hurting whether or not I even receive certain emails. Sometimes I don't even get important emails at all. Also, getting duplicate emails from outlook email account too. This seems like a malware thing to me...? Been going on for about a little over a year now. I don't know how else to go about this issue. Thanks for your help.

Did you check "All mail" on Gmail app? Maybe those emails are going there but not appearing on the Primary section. I don't really know on the Outlook one though.

A year is a long time hope you get a solution
