Just today (Nov. 7, 2023) my Samsung Email app is dysfunctioning on the Galaxy S21. It's forgetting the email account passwords every half hour. Emails can't be received or sent without "verifying account" and when I try to do that, it doesn't go to the screens where you can change or enter passwords. I have to completely delete the email account and then add it again, and re-set up the account. This has happened repeatedly today. I even tried uninstalling the email app and reinstalling it. I tried deleting the app's cache. What's going on? Does the app need an update? Anyone else experiencing this?

Same! I downloaded Outlook and can connect to my Comcast account with no issues. The interesting thing is, I have 2 other Comcast email accounts and they are syncing fine in the Samsung App. They do not have the 2 Step verification on them through Xfinity though. I tried turning the 2-step off my main email account, then removed the account from the Samsung App, then tried to add it again. It still went through the 2 step login process through Xfinity and did not solve the issue.
Interesting. I have one Comcast email that is synching properly and the other two no. One has two-step and one doesn't of the two that are not working right. UGH, I hope this gets resolved soon!
I am having a heck of a time getting my Samsung email app to sync. I have 2 other email accounts and this is my personal. It's easy to find what I'm looking for and I don't have to worry about switching back and forth. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening. I'm not a techy person by any means and I have tried so many different avenues. Please help!
