Need help removing an appliance from my smart things

Hello I connected my neighbors appliances on accident to my smartthings account. I have been trying to remove it but there is no option to delete or edit. Please help. Thank you.

Tap and hold the appliance. Then select edit. To forget it simply click unpair and it will remove it from your device.
