I upgraded my Samsung Tab S6 to a Tab S9 Ultra, but a bug that I had on the S6 has returned. The issue is that the Wi-Fi randomly stops working, especially while watching videos, and doesn't come back on for 10 seconds to 2 minutes. I found a temporary fix using a VPN, but I don't always want to use a VPN. I also don't understand why a VPN fixes it. Right now, the issue isn't happening, but it comes and goes. I just want to know what is causing this and how to fix it if the bug comes back.

Sounds like a wifi router issue. Two tablets same issue, I'd look at the router causing the issue.

Contact your cable provider so priority is given to your tablets. You may incur paid support. Wifi 6 and 6E routers can handle more devices be they a,
g,ac, ax , axe, or be and all running at the same time without buffering, disconnects, etc.
