A few weeks ago my washer and dryer cycle completed notifications stopped showing on both my Q60 and Q80 smart tv, the phone is fine

1. Check SmartThings App and TV Settings:

  • SmartThings App:
    • Ensure your washer and dryer are still connected to the SmartThings app.

  • TV Settings:
    • On your Q60 and Q80 TVs, navigate to the SmartThings settings or Notifications settings (depending on your model).
    • Ensure notifications are enabled for the SmartThings app or specifically for your washer and dryer (if the option exists).
    • Some TVs allow customizing notification sounds or display preferences. Verify these are set according to your liking.

2. Restart Devices:

  • Restart your SmartThings Hub (if applicable): If you're using a separate SmartThings Hub, unplug it from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to reboot completely.
  • Restart your Q60 and Q80 TVs: Turn off your TVs completely (not just standby mode) by unplugging them from the power outlet for 30 seconds, then plug them back in and turn them on.

3. Network Connectivity:

  • Verify your internet connection is stable: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. Try connecting another device to the same network to confirm internet access.
