That's frustrating! Here are some steps you can troubleshoot to get your washer and dryer cycle notifications back on your Samsung Q60 and Q80 TVs:

1. Check SmartThings App and TV Settings:

  • SmartThings App:
    • Ensure your washer and dryer are still connected to the SmartThings app.
    • Verify that notifications for your washer and dryer are enabled within the SmartThings app settings.
    • Check for any app updates available and install them if needed.
  • TV Settings:
    • On your Q60 and Q80 TVs, navigate to the SmartThings settings or Notifications settings (depending on your model).
    • Ensure notifications are enabled for the SmartThings app or specifically for your washer and dryer (if the option exists).
    • Some TVs allow customizing notification sounds or display preferences. Verify these are set according to your liking.

2. Restart Devices:

  • Restart your SmartThings Hub (if applicable): If you're using a separate SmartThings Hub, unplug it from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to reboot completely.
  • Restart your Q60 and Q80 TVs: Turn off your TVs completely (not just standby mode) by unplugging them from the power outlet for 30 seconds, then plug them back in and turn them on.

3. Network Connectivity:

  • Verify your internet connection is stable: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. Try connecting another device to the same network to confirm internet access.
  • Check if your TVs and washer/dryer are on the same Wi-Fi network: All devices involved need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for notifications to work.

4. App Permissions (if applicable):

  • On some TV models, apps might require specific permissions to display notifications. Check the notification settings for the SmartThings app on your TVs and ensure it has permission to display notifications.

5. Software Updates:

  • Update TV firmware: Outdated TV firmware might cause notification issues. Check for available software updates for your Q60 and Q80 TVs and install them if necessary.

Additional Tips:

  • Contact Samsung Support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider contacting Samsung Support for further assistance. They might have access to additional troubleshooting options or insights specific to your TV models.
  • SmartThings App Version: Ensure you're using the latest version of the SmartThings app on your phone.
