Washers and DryersHi - We recently stacked our Bespoke W/D, following the instructions including connecting the W/D with the multi connect cables. On reconnecting the W/D to power, the washer runs fine but the dryer now shows code 9C1 - Samsung claims this is resolved with a firmware update through SmartThings, but I am not able to get the dryer to go into app pairing mode (holding Smart Control does nothing)
Is there a way to force the dryer past the 9C1 code to allow pairing into the app and download of the FW update? I have tried disconnecting from power for 10-15 minutes and this does not work either - the code 9C1 remains on the dryer as soon as powered on and does not go away

It says 9C1 is a voltage issue and if it keeps showing up contact a service center
