We have replaced rods and done the calibration code. We took off pulsator and everything looks good. There is a small crack on pulsator. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated
The crack on the pulsator could be throwing off the balance of the washer I would suggest replacing the Pulsator and then try to rebalance the washer and if that doesn't work I would suggest contacting Samsung Support to have the issue diagnosed
