No, mine also goes on the right side and is centered. How many times did you refresh AOD to check where it lands?

Mine does it sometimes but i switch to another AOD clock and back to fix it. I think a restart and clearing the system cache also helps.

Mine was on the left always on beta 3, then afer the hotfix it was good, now after beta 4 its back to always showing on the left. It does move up and down but stays on the left edge of the screen.
